Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the rental of event supplies and the use of related services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by Rental Troy (hereinafter “Company”).

Article 2 (Definition)

‘User’ refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
‘Rental items’ refer to canopies, Mongolian tents, event supplies, sound and communication products, and heating and cooling products that the company rents to users.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and change of terms and conditions)

These Terms and Conditions become effective upon posting on the Service screen. The company may change the terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations, and will notify you in advance of any changes.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The company provides services such as quotation, delivery, installation, and collection of rental properties at the user's request. Specific terms and conditions are subject to individual agreements.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must use the rental property with the care of a good manager.
If loss or damage to the rental property occurs during the rental period, the user will compensate for the damages.
The leased property cannot be transferred or sublet to a third party.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

Rental fees and payment methods are based on the quotation or contract, and the company will inform you of the deposit account.

Article 7 (Indemnification)

The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance of services due to force majeure such as natural disasters.

Supplementary Provisions — These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of posting.
